I think, hindi na kailangang iextend pa ang isang batas na naging inutil naman sa loob ng 20 taon. Kalakhan ng mga lupain ay di naman talaga nai-distribute sa mga magsasaka sa ilalim ng batas na to.
Tingin ko mas ok ung GARB, kahit na mas mahirap maipasa 'to.
Gud evening! kasama po ba sa CARP yung freedom ng gov't for land conversion? Nakakaasar kasi yung mga sakahang koni-convert sa golf courses. Wala naman sigurong magsasakang nagogolf.
Tanong ko lang po sa mga guests yung opinion nila sa GARP? na nagsasabing matatawag lang na pag-aari ng indibidwal ang lupa kung sya mismo ang magbubungkal at nagaalaga.
