Oct 12 on Rock Ed Radio >> Milk and Cigarettes

Contaminated milk and cigarettes that aren't talked about will be discussed this Sunday on Rock Ed Radio. Health UnderSecretary Alex Padilla will join Lourd, Gang and Erwin for a discussion on the Anti-Tobacco Law and the perils of unregulated dairy products.

Let's get to know the institution that is tasked to take care of our country's health. :)

Any questions?

I think someone's not doing their job.

The cig ban has good intentions at its core but it wont be as effective as we hope it would be. Cigarettes and smokers are still here. As long as that culture still exists, we cant be void of smokers. People are still hooked.

im a public health student dude/dear. so yes, i guess we do. And we're not just saying it dude/dear, i believe empirical tests yung mga profs ko para dyan. Its just that we dont have recess anymore. :P

I also signed that petition (for pictures to be printed at the back of cig packs to serve as warning instead of texts), so I hope its in the works. and yeah, i listen to eheads too (minus the smoke). :D

hahahahaha

Hi. Ano po ba ang mga free services na pwede naming ma-receive from the RHU? La po kasi akong idea.

Which is more fatal, smoking cigarettes or ganja? Can we treat cigarettes as how we treat ganja in society?

May nabasa akong article sa Reader's Digest na cinompare ang mga taong everyday na (smoke+inom+eat right+exercise) live longer a few years longer than those who don't smoke and drink. Formula diba?

Good evening Rock Ed. Di ba maraming insekto sa tobacco plant?

Anonymous said...

Effective ba talaga yung mga smoke patch and cigarette filters for chain smokers?

Anonymous said...

What's the best way to quit?

Anonymous said...

What's your take on those who sue tobacco companies pag nagkasakit sila after nila humithit ng kahong-kahong yosi?

Anonymous said...

Do smokers voluntarily accept the risks?

Anonymous said...

Hindi ganung kahigpit ang 'no smoking in public places'.

Anonymous said...

Sino ang mas in danger, yung nag-sosmoke or yung nakaka-inhale?

Anonymous said...

Tobacco companies are multibillion companies. It's no wonder na pag nagparaffle sila, very expensive ang mga prizes nila.

Anonymous said...

Hi. We all know that smoking is really bad. It's a matter of choice, suffer the consequences if anybody chooses the habit.

Grabe na ang milk scare! Buti pa ang red horse walang melamine, haha!

Paki-explain ang phrase na 'nakakasunog ng baga'. Literal ba yun?

Sobrang depressign yung environment at sobran kulang yung equipments. Kahit syringe, paulit-ulit. Sana may magawa tayong lahat dun.

I feel bad for beggars who ask for money to buy yosi and rugby.
